How can I become a member?

Purchase the membership level and city of your choice online via our website using crypto or fiat, or buy at one of our dedicated physical locations. Online purchases ship the physical card to your mailing address.
Is there a monthly or annual fee?

No. Each membership has a one-time cost. The only time there may be monthly fees is if you choose to split your payment into installments.
How do I upgrade my membership?

Collect 21 Silver keys to upgrade to Gold, 5 Gold keys to upgrade to Ultra, and 3 Ultra keys to upgrade to Ultra Plus. Obsidian unlocks every city plus exclusive mastermind access.
What are the differences between membership levels?

Silver is city-specific and burns after 5 uses. Gold gives unlimited city access plus Silver benefits in other cities. Ultra grants Ultra benefits in your city and Gold benefits in others. Obsidian gives Obsidian benefits everywhere.
How can I access the concierge service?

Our concierge is available 24/7 via the mobile app, website, email and phone. Use any channel anytime for assistance with whatever you need.
Can I share my membership benefits with friends and family?

Some benefits, such as restaurant discounts, can be shared with non-members. Tokens and coupons can only be sent to other members — invite friends and family to become Key-Holders to unlock everything.
